An exchange will be allowed for no other reason besides damage. In case the product is damaged (signs or tear/stain etc) after confirming with the customer and physical inspection ( within 2 days of receiving the product) Our Company will be liable for it.
In case there is an issue in size then the product can be altered.

*NOTE - Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or misprinted. We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
Customisation
For any customised order client would be requested to clear full payment in advance. We do not exchange or refund any pieces once order is placed.
Need to exchange – Few points to remember
Exchange requests need to be within 7-10 days of the delivery of the product.
Please send detailed emails/WhatsApp with photos if needed for easy processing of exchange.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
The cost of shipping in case of exchange will be paid by the customer.

The products should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please make sure that the items for exchange are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Our policy at SHAAKHA.COM does Not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
